The Concept
I've been one of the
leading JV Brokers online for a number of years. This

Since I am already in different areas
of the country on
an ongoing basis, and since I really enjoy meeting my students
face to face, why not host a series of smaller, more intimate
events that facilitate the MAXIMUM amount of learning AND at the
same time, convince some of these marketing geniuses to join me?
That would allow students
an opportunity to really sit down and get to work -- rather
than just learn more and not take any action.

allow students to learn not just from me but from all these
great marketers that I have relationships with.

So here's what I've decided
to do ...
Over the next few months,
I'll be putting together a series of one day events for a maximum of
6 people each time.
Each student will get at least 60 minutes
each to have BOTH me AND a local "guru" coach them on building their business. That means that we'll be together for a
total of about 6 hours of learning, plus we'll even do lunch
(on me!)!
This will allow me to work individually with
each student to help them apply the information to their own
business. It will also allow me to help each student build
their own network of business associates from both the other
students at the event and from me and the other expert(s).
Since I record all of these
meetings, it will also allow me to produce a VERY saleable
product to sell to others. (Of course, you'll get a copy
of the recording for yourself as well.) That is why
I can offer this opportunity at such a low price for such
individualized attention.

personally have an internet connection through a cellular modem.
